Abstract:
A crystal growth furnace heater and a sapphire crystal growth furnace. The growth furnace heater comprises an annular base cylinder (16), a heating ring (17), and motors (18). The heating ring (17) is provided on an inner wall of the annular base cylinder (16), and is connected to an external heating element, a power supply and a controller of a furnace body (1) by means of a wire. A furnace cover of the furnace body (1) is symmetrically provided with two motors (18). The motors (18) are connected to the controller by means of wires. An output shaft of the motors (18) is provided with a lifting/pulling wire (19). A lower end of the lifting/pulling (19) passes through the furnace body and is fixedly connected to an upper end of the annular base cylinder (16). The sapphire crystal growth furnace is an environmentally friendly low-energy consumption growth furnace, and the heater in the growth furnace can be flexibly adjusted. The crystal growth furnace is further provided with a heat exchanger (4) for heat exchange between the shielding gas and the cooling circulating water. The heat of the cooling circulating water heats the shielding gas introduced into the furnace body, and the shielding gas with the heat enters the furnace body to further improve the heat preservation effect in the furnace, thereby reusing the heat of cooling circulating water of a crucible.
