A crystal oscillator circuit, a crystal oscillator circuit tuning method, and a storage medium, the crystal oscillator circuit tuning method comprising: on the basis of a current digital voltage signal and temperature compensation table, acquiring a first control word (101); on the basis of a current automatic frequency control (AFC) control word and a non-linear compensation table, acquiring a second control word (102); and on the basis of the first control word and the second control word, implementing adjustment of a capacitor array, in order to tune the frequency of the crystal oscillator circuit (103).
