Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a crystal substrate 110 having a first main surface 110A and a second main surface 110B that are mutually facing; a first excitation electrode 121 provided on the first main surface 110A of the crystal substrate 110; a second excitation electrode 131 provided on the second main surface 110B of the crystal substrate 110 and facing the first excitation electrode 121, having the crystal substrate 110 interposed therebetween; a first conductive sealing material 123 provided on the first main surface 110A of the crystal substrate 110 and surrounding the first excitation electrode 121; a second conductive sealing material 133 provided on the second main surface 110B of the crystal substrate 110 and surrounding the second excitation electrode 131; a first exterior member 150 joined to the crystal substrate 110, having the first conductive sealing material 123 interposed therebetween, and covering the first excitation electrode 121, having a space therebetween; and a second exterior member 160 joined to the crystal substrate 110, having the second conductive sealing material 133 interposed therebetween, and covering the second excitation electrode 131, having a space therebetween. A first lead electrode 125 electrically connecting the first excitation electrode 121 and the first conductive sealing material 123 is provided on the first main surface 110A of the crystal substrate 110. A second lead electrode 135 electrically connecting the second excitation electrode 131 and the second conductive sealing material 133 is provided on the second main surface 110B of the crystal substrate 110. At least part of the first conductive sealing material 123 is positioned on the outside of the second conductive sealing material 133, when the first main surface 110A of the crystal substrate 110 is viewed in the planar view. The first lead electrode 125 intersects the second conductive sealing material 133, having the crystal substrate 110 interposed therebetween.
