Abstract:
Disclosed is a crystal of oxidized alanylcysteine. A crystal of oxidized alanylcysteine, particularly a crystal of oxidized alanylcysteine monohydrate is produced by a method comprising a step of crystallizing oxidized alanylcysteine from a mixed solution of an aqueous solution containing oxidized alanylcysteine and a water-miscible organic solvent.
