Abstract:
Provided is a crystalline glass composition which has a fluidity that is suitable for adhesion, has a high coefficient of thermal expansion after thermal treatment, and has excellent heat resistance after adhesion. The crystalline glass composition is characterized by including, in mol%, greater than 57 to 80% of SiO2+CaO, greater than 0 to 40% of MgO+BaO, greater than 10 to 40% of ZnO, and greater than 0 to 15% of La2O3.
