Abstract:
The purpose is to obtain an optical wavelength multiplexer/demultiplexer that does not necessarily require an optical path adjustment function. Where L represents the length of a crystallized glass (1) at 30°C, and ΔL represents the difference between the length (Lt) at each temperature and the length (L) at 30°C, the value (ΔLmax - ΔLmin)/L obtained by dividing the difference between the maximum value (ΔLmax) and the minimum value (ΔLmin) at -40°C to 80°C by L is no greater than 8 × 10-6.
