Abstract:
The present invention provides type I crystals and type II crystals of 4-(2,5-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl)-N-(6-fluoro-2-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-7-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide that have an exceptional phosphodiesterase 10A inhibitory effect and are useful as agents for the treatment and/or prevention of schizophrenia and the like, a method for producing these crystals, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the crystals. Thereby provided are: novel crystal forms of a pyrazole derivative that have an exceptional PDE 10A inhibitory effect, are useful as agents for the treatment and/or prevention of schizophrenia and the like, and have exceptional stability; a method for producing these crystals; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the crystals.
