Abstract:
A CSP mirror which comprises: a glass substrate; a reflective layer that contains silver; and a coating layer that is arranged between the glass substrate and the reflective layer. The glass substrate has a total Fe concentration of 200 ppm or less in terms of Fe2O3; the reflective layer-side surface of the coating layer has a surface roughness (an arithmetic mean roughness Ra) of 0.4 nm or more; and the CSP mirror has an energy reflectance Re of 94.3% or more if the glass substrate thereof has a thickness of 2 mm.
