Abstract:
Provided is a CT detector for use in a head CT system, comprising a detector outer shell (4) and detector modules (11), the detector outer shell (1) being an arcuate cavity composed of a top cover plate (6), a bottom plate (7), an inner arcuate plate (8), and an outer arcuate plate (9), an incidence window being disposed in the inner arcuate plate (8), the plurality of detector modules (11) being arranged in the arcuate cavity along the arc direction, an air inlet (12) being disposed in the top cover plate (6), an air outlet (13) being disposed in the bottom plate (7), and the air outlet (13) being provided with a fan (14); each detector module (11) comprises a detector unit (15) and a module bracket (16), the detector unit (15) being close to the top cover plate (6) and being secured to the upper part of the module bracket (16), and the lower part of the module bracket (16) being fixed to the bottom plate (7) on the side of the air outlet (13) closest to the inner arcuate plate. The X-ray detection array of the detector modules (11) of the CT detector is close to the top cover plate (6) of the detector outer shell (1), fulfilling the requirements for the design of compact head CT frames.
