Abstract:
Provided are: highly accurate direct matching between a three-dimensional CT tomogram according to a single CT scan scheme and a three-dimensional intraoral surface shape image obtained through an intraoral or oral model scan; a three-dimensional CT tomography reference marker which makes it possible to obtain an image of an accurate size in a three-dimensional CT tomogram, and which is sterilizable and reusable; a CT matching template which includes a reference marker that can be simply fabricated; a matching system using a simple single CT scan scheme; and direct matching that can be used for all cases including a case having much artifact and a case of anodontia. A reference marker made of glass ceramics material has no expansion or contraction during three-dimensional CT tomography, and provides an image of an accurate size. From a three-dimensional CT tomogram of a patient wearing in the oral cavity thereof a CT matching template including a reference marker, and from a three-dimensional intraoral surface shape image in a state in which the reference marker is arranged, a three-dimensional image of the reference marker is acquired. With reference to the reference marker, it is possible to perform accurate direct matching between the three-dimensional CT tomogram and the three-dimensional intraoral surface shape image.
