Abstract:
Provided is a cTnI antibody-coated magnetic bead preservation solution. The solvent is water. The preservation solution comprises: a buffer salt, a protein, a surfactant, an inorganic salt, a protective agent, which is ceteareth-25; and a preservative. The pH of the preservation solution is 7.0-8.0. Also provided is a method for preparing a cTnI antibody-coated magnetic bead preservation solution. The provided cTnI antibody-coated magnetic bead preservation solution can effectively increase the stability of cTnI antibody-coated magnetic beads during storage and use. In particular, a protective agent is added, such that the stability, sensitivity and linear gradient of the reagents can be significantly increased. Moreover, in the provided cTnI antibody-coated magnetic bead preservation solution, the components are simple, the preparation is simple and convenient, and costs are low, helping achieve large-batch production.
