Abstract:
Disclosed is a computer to plate (CTP) printing apparatus. The printing apparatus is characterized by comprising: a main body having a drum therein, having a plate inlet unit formed at one side thereof in order to receive metal plates, and having a plate outlet unit formed at the other side thereof in order to discharge the metal plates after same have been manufactured into printed plates; a plate alignment unit installed in the plate inlet unit in order to align multiple metal plates stacked into a layer, in forward and backward directions and left and right directions; and a plate transfer unit which alternately lifts both slip sheets covering the upper surfaces of the metal plates stacked in the plate alignment unit and metal plates, and transfers the slip sheets and metal plates toward the drum, wherein the slip sheets are discharged before being supplied to the drum and the metal plates are supplied to the drum.
