Abstract:
A Cu-Cr-Zr alloy, a manufacturing method therefor, a Cu-Cr-Zr alloy contact line for electrified railways and a manufacturing method therefor. The chemical composition and weight percentage of the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy are as follows: Cr: 0.2%-1.0%, Zr: 0.02-0.2%, and the balance being Cu. The manufacturing method for the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy material contact wire for high-speed railways comprises the following steps: (1) in an inert atmosphere, subjecting an alloy solution to an upper casting process to obtain a copper rod blank; and (2) subjecting the copper rod blank in step (1) to hot rolling treatment, solid solution treatment, cold rolling treatment and aging treatment. Said method realizes large-length and large-unit-weight industrial production of a Cu-Cr-Zr contact wire for high-speed railways, has the advantages of excellent performance, stable quality, continuous operation and high material utilization rate, and can realize large-scale production.
