Abstract:

Provided is a technology capable of instructing suitable work.　This cultivation and management device for fruit and vegetable plants and fruit trees is characterized by including: a calculation unit which determines and outputs work for fruit and vegetable plants or fruit trees, which includes shape change work, with respect to inputs of environment state information and planned cultivation evaluation index information by using a learning model that has been trained about environment state information which is about an environment state of the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees to be cultivated, the planned cultivation evaluation index information about a pre-planned cultivation evaluation index for the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees, a cultivation evaluation index for the cultivated fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees, an environment state of the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees when the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees are cultivated, and a work history that is the history of work for the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees, including the shape change work for changing the shapes of the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees, when the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees are cultivated; and an output unit which outputs work for the fruit and vegetable plants or the fruit trees, including the shape change work.
