Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a culture medium composition for increasing the number or the size of microalgae colonies, the composition characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, a conditioned medium derived from a culture fluid during an exponential phase of cultivated microalgae; a solid culture medium containing the culture medium composition; and a method for increasing the number or the size of microalgae colonies characterized by cultivation by spreading microalgae on the solid culture medium containing the culture medium composition.
