Title:
CULTURE MEDIUM FOR MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/027850
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a means for achieving the previously difficult long-term growth and cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells, without using a special device, equipment/materials, etc. The abovementioned problem is solved by the provision of a culture medium for mesenchymal stem cells that has a reduced amount of the seven non-essential amino acids, glycine, alanine, serine, proline, asparagine, aspartic acid, and glutamic acid.
