Abstract:
Provided are a culture method for the undifferentiated proliferation of pluripotent stem cells, said method comprising a step for culturing the pluripotent stem cells in a culture medium that is characterized by containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of ethanolamine, ethanolamine analogs and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and the concentration of β-mercaptoethanol in the culture medium being substantially 0 or not greater than 9 μM, etc.
