Title:
CULTURE VESSEL AND CULTURE METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/085019
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
One mode of the present invention pertains to a culture vessel or a culture method. The culture vessel is for culturing cells, a tissue, or an organ, and has a bottom surface member and a lateral wall member. At least one culturing space is formed by joining the bottom surface member and the lateral wall member. At least a portion of the bottom surface member has at least an oxygen permeable layer (I-b) and a gas barrier layer (II-b). The gas barrier layer (II-b) is stacked below the oxygen permeable layer (I-b) in a manner detachable and attachable from/to the oxygen permeable layer (I-b). The gas barrier layer (II-b) satisfies requirement (5), and the oxygen permeable layer (I-b) satisfies requirement (6). (5) The oxygen permeability P(II-b) at a temperature of 23°C and a humidity of 0% is 3000 cm3/(m2×24h×atm) or less. (6) The oxygen permeability P(I-b) at a temperature of 23°C and a humidity of 0% is at least 6.0 times of said P(II-b).
