Abstract:
[Problem] To form spheroids steadily in a culture vessel.
[Solution] A culture vessel is equipped with a vessel main body 3 and film-like members 31. The vessel main body 3 has recessed parts 7 in each of which multiple microwells 17a for accommodating a cell culture solution C therein are formed on the bottom part 17 thereof. The film-like members 31 are members each of which is arranged over the multiple microwells 17a in each of the recessed parts 7, and which can limit the movement of spheroids S which have been grown in the microwells 17a in such a manner that the spheroids S cannot be detached from the microwells 17a.
