Abstract:
A cup holder adapted to be mounted to a periphery of a dish in use so that one requires only one hand to hold the dish for food and a cup for drink in a stand-up party or the like, and provides a cup holder that can be stored in a stacked manner and held with a piece of paper napkin attached to the cup. A cup holder comprises a cup holding portion (1) and a dish mounting portion (2), which are provided on both sides of a plate-shaped body. The cup holding portion (1) comprises a holding plate (3) having a larger through hole (4) than a drum portion of the cup, and a support piece (6) extending downward from the holding plate (3) to have an L-shape. The dish mounting portion (2) comprises a lower pawl (9) extended to be flush with the holding plate (3) or somewhat angular with respect thereto, and an upper pawl (8) disposed above the lower pawl (9) with a somewhat larger spacing therebetween than a wall thickness of the dish.
