A cup lid comprises an inner lid (1) connected to a cup body. A flip lid (2) can be turned around a rotating shaft (3) so as to open or seal a water outlet (4), and a flip lid spring (5) is arranged on the rotating shaft (3). A bayonet (6) is arranged on the flip lid (2), an upper plastic ring (7) and a lower plastic ring (8) which are capable of moving back and forth are arranged on the inner lid (1), and hooks (9) are respectively arranged on the upper plastic ring (7) and the lower plastic ring (8). When the hooks (9) hook the bayonet (6), the flip lid (2) is closed. When the hooks (9) on the upper plastic ring (7) and the lower plastic ring (8) are separated from the bayonet (6), the flip lid spring (5) forces the flip lid (2) to be opened. Elastic resetting pieces (10) are arranged between the upper plastic ring (7) and the inner lid (1) as well as between the lower plastic ring (8) and the inner lid (1). The hooks (9) on the upper plastic ring (7) and the lower plastic ring (8) are arranged on both sides of the bayonet (6). When the flip lid (2) is opened, the moving directions of the upper plastic ring (7) and the lower plastic ring (8) are opposite. The cup lid can be opened by a single hand conveniently, and the cup lid is prevented from being opened due to error operation.
