Abstract:
 This cuprous oxide particle dispersion contains cuprous oxide particles, a phosphate-type anionic surfactant in an amount of 20 to 100 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the cuprous oxide particles, and an organic solvent in an amount of 500 to 10000 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the cuprous oxide particles. The cuprous oxide particles have a mean primary particle diameter of 2 to 80 nm, and a mean secondary-particle diameter of 50 to 150 nm, the mean secondary-particle diameter being measured by dynamic light scattering and being obtained by cumulant analysis. This coating agent composition contains a cuprous oxide particle dispersion and a binder resin, the cuprous oxide particle content being 0.1 to 50 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the heating residue of the coating agent composition. This antibacterial/antiviral member has a base material and a coating provided on the base material, the coating containing a coating agent composition.
