The present invention addresses the problem of providing a curable composition for an adhesive agent, said curable composition being able to be cured at a lower temperature to form a cured article having excellent heat resistance, cracking resistance and adhesiveness and tight cohesion to an object of interest. The present invention provides a curable composition for an adhesive agent, the curable composition containing a polyorganosilsesquioxane (A), wherein the polyorganosilsesquioxane (A) is characterized by having a constitution unit represented by formula (1), and also having a molar ratio of a constitution unit represented by formula (I) to a constituent unit represented by formula (II) [i.e., (the constituent unit represented by formula (I))/(the constituent unit represented by formula (II))] of 20 to 500 inclusive, a ratio of the total amount of the constituent unit represented by formula (1) and a constituent unit represented by formula (4) to the whole amount of the siloxane constituent units (i.e., 100 mol%) of 55 to 100 mol%, a number average molecular weight of 2500 to 50000, and a molecular weight dispersion degree ((weight average molecular weight)/(number average molecular weight)) of 1.0 to 4.0.
