Abstract:
A highly practicable curable composition which is particularly excellent in curability, can provide a cured film having acid resistance and other characteristics, and is useful mainly as a coating material, adhesive or sealant. The composition contains a combination of an active hydrogen group such as hydroxyl, carbamate and/or acetoacetoxy with an alkoxymethyl ester group as a cross-linking functional group, and comprises as the essential component a polymer having a specified substituted methyl ester group and at least one active hydrogen group and/or epoxy group.
