Abstract:
The present application can provide: a curable composition that forms a cured product that can secure processability due to its small change in viscosity with time and excellent compatibility with fillers and has an excellent electric insulation performance; and a device containing a cured product of a two-part curable composition which includes the curable composition and brings about thermal contact between an exothermic element and a cooling region.
