A curable composition which contains: a (meth)acrylate ester polymer (A) which has a reactive silicon group represented by the formula -Si(R1)3-aXa (In the formula, each R1 independently represents a C1-20 hydrocarbon group, and the hydrocarbon group may be a hetero-containing group. Each X independently represents a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group. a is 1, 2 or 3.); and a titanium compound (B) and ammonium hydroxide (C), or a reaction product of the titanium compound (B) and the ammonium hydroxide (C).
