Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a curable resin that has low liquid crystal staining properties, that does not easily affect liquid crystal alignment properties, and that forms a cured material that is flexible such that a state of adhesion can be maintained without problems even when a flexible liquid crystal display is bent. The purpose of the present invention is also to provide a liquid crystal sealing agent composition that includes the curable resin. The present invention is a curable resin represented by formula (1). (In the formula, X, R1, R2, Y, and ring A are prescribed groups, and m is a number from 1 to 7.)
