Abstract:
In order to improve the stability, dispersibility, and bioavailability of curcumin, the present invention relates to a lipid nanoparticle comprising ginsenosides and phospholipids; a method for preparing the lipid nanoparticle; a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising the lipid nanoparticle; an anti-oxidant food composition, a feed composition, and a cosmetic composition. As the curcumin-containing lipid nanoparticle provided by the present invention improves the stability, dispersibility, and bioavailability by using ginsenosides, the curcumin-containing lipid nanoparticle can be widely used in the development of various curcumin-containing products.
