Abstract:
Disclosed is a cured multilayer sheet production method comprising a step (1) for laminating a first uncured layer (A) made of a first curable resin composition (a) and a second uncured layer (B) made of a second curable resin composition (b) to form a laminated body (X), and a curing step (2), wherein the first curable resin composition (a) contains a polymerizable monomer (m1) or a partial polymerizate thereof, and an immiscible substance (f), the second curable resin composition (b) contains a polymerizable monomer (m2) and a polymer (p2), the concentration (c1) of the polymerizable monomer (m1) in the first curable resin composition (a) is higher than the concentration (c2) of the polymerizable monomer (m2) in the second curable resin composition (b), and in the laminating step (1), a greater amount of the immiscible substance (f) is distributed on an interface or near the interface on the side opposite to the second uncured layer (B), and thereafter, the curing step (2) is performed, so that a cured multilayer sheet, wherein the substance different from the polymer cured layer is eccentrically located on the surface of the polymer cured layer, can be produced at high productivity.
