Abstract:
A curing adhesive and a projection screen thereof. The curing adhesive comprises a curing adhesive main body, doped particles, a UV photoinitiator, a thermal curing agent, and a curing adhesive auxiliary agent. The curing adhesive auxiliary agent comprises a dispersant, a leveling agent, an antifoaming agent, and a polymerization inhibitor. The projection screen comprises a substrate (10) and a Fresnel structure layer (20) disposed on the substrate (10), wherein the Fresnel structure layer (20) is cured by the curing adhesive. The UV photoinitiator and the thermal curing agent are used to replace oil-based paint used in conventional light-resistant screens, thus reducing VOC emissions and achieving the function of environmental protection. The structure of the projection screen is simple, and the thickness may be controlled in the range of 150μm-300μm, achieving the fabrication of an ultra-thin light-resistant projection screen. The production cost is reduced while reducing the production process of the product.
