Abstract:
Disclosed are a curing bladder leakage detection device based on thermal imaging technology, and a control method, relating to the technical field of curing bladder detection. The detection device comprises a curing press (2), a thermal imager (3), an image analysis device (4), a field control device (5), and an audible and visual alarm (6), wherein one end of the thermal imager (3) can form a signal collection area (31), and the signal collection area (31) directly faces the curing press (2); the thermal imager (3) is connected to the image analysis device (4); and the field control device (5) is in line connection with the image analysis device (4), the audible and visual alarm (6), and the curing press (2), respectively. Compared with the prior art, by using thermal imaging technology to detect whether a curing bladder leaks before curing, the number of subquality products caused by curing bladder leakage is minimized; and a thermal medium in curing is rationally used as a heat source in the thermal imaging technology, thereby simplifying the equipment, and rationally using the energy.
