Abstract:
Provided is a curing catalyst for organic polymers or organopolysiloxanes, that is highly safe, a practical curing speed, improved adhesiveness of a cured product onto a substrate, and can be inexpensively produced. As a result of the present invention, a curing catalyst [B] for organic polymers or organopolysiloxanes is provided that is used in the curing of: organic polymers [A1] having a reactive hydrolysable silicon-containing group; or organopolysiloxane [A2]. The catalyst [B] contains: a titanium compound [B1] indicated by formula (R1–0)nTi–A4–n (in the formula, R1 is a C1–10 hydrocarbon group, A is a carboxylic acid residue, and n is 1 or 2); and a secondary or tertiary amine compound [B2].
