Abstract:
Provided are a current amplifying circuit, a fingerprint detection device, and a driving method for the current amplifying circuit. The current amplifying circuit comprises a voltage control unit, a plurality of first current amplifying units and second current amplifying units. The voltage control unit provides voltage control signals for the first current amplifying units. The first current amplifying units comprise current mirrors, the current mirrors being separately coupled with a voltage input end, the voltage control unit, and the first input ends of the second current amplifying units, amplify the voltage from the voltage input end according to the voltage control signals provided by the voltage control unit, and provide the amplified current for the second current amplifying units. The second input ends of the second current amplifying units are coupled with the voltage input end, and amplify the amplified current.
