Title:
CURRENT-BASED ELECTRODE SHORT CIRCUIT PREDICTION METHOD AND SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/174152
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a current-based electrode short circuit prediction method and system. The method comprises: obtaining the current values of the cathode of an anode-cathode pair; obtaining multiple current values within a set time period; determining the added values of the multiple current values changing with time; determining whether the added values are within a set current range, and if yes, fitting the multiple current values in time sequence by using a linear fitting method to obtain a linear model; obtaining the slope and determination coefficient of the linear model; and determining whether the slope is within a set slope range, if yes, determining whether the determination coefficient is less than a set determination coefficient value, if not, determining that short circuit may occur between the electrodes of the anode-cathode pair, or else, determining that no short circuit may occur between the electrodes. By means of the present method and system, whether thick and big particles exist on the surface of the cathode can be determined effectively, and before the occurrence of short circuit, the possibility of occurrence of short circuit can be determined, thereby substantially improving the electrolytic current efficiency and product quality, and reducing product costs.
