Abstract:
It is possible to provide a current detection circuit capable of accurately detect a current flowing in a light receiving device. A first transistor (Q1) is arranged on a current path of a photo transistor (210). A first resistor (R10) is arranged between one end of the first transistor (Q1) and a power supply line. A second transistor (Q2) constitutes a current mirror circuit together with the first transistor (Q1), multiplies the current flowing in the first transistor (Q1) by a predetermined coefficient, and charges a charge capacitor (Cchg) having a fixed potential at one end. A second resistor (R12) is arranged between one end of the second transistor (Q2) and the power supply line.
