Abstract:
A current detection circuit (300) for monitoring a current source (301), and an integrated circuit. The current detection circuit (300) comprises: a sensing resistor (Rsense), which is connected at one end of the current source (301); and a shunting unit (310), which is connected to the sensing resistor (Rsense) in parallel, wherein when a sensing voltage (Vsense) of the sensing resistor (Rsense) exceeds a first predetermined voltage (Vth1), the shunting unit (310) is started to keep the sensing voltage (Vsense) constant. The current detection circuit (300) can effectively and accurately detect the current of the current source (301), can detect relatively small current, and can also allow for a relatively small voltage drop when a large current flows through. In addition, the current detection circuit also has the beneficial effects of being simple in terms of structure and easy to implement.
