Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a current detection device, wherein a crack of an insulating layer is eliminated by forming a shield layer in a flat state, said shield layer being formed on a feedback coil, and furthermore, saturated magnetization of the shield layer can be improved.
[Solution] On a substrate 2, magnetic detection sections 11, 12, 13, 14, and a lower insulating layer 4 covering the magnetic detection sections are formed. On the lower insulating layer 4, a plurality of strips of coil layers 35 forming a facing detection section 30a of the feedback coil 30 are formed, and on both sides of the coil layers 35, height adjustment layers 36, 37 are formed. The coil layers 35 and the height adjustment layers 36, 37 are covered with an upper insulating layer 9, and a shield layer 3 is formed on the upper insulating layer. Consequently, the shield layer 3 can be formed in a substantially flat state.
