Abstract:
In order to detect with high accuracy a fluctuating current using a shunt resistor, this current detector is provided with a temperature sensor (3) for temperature detection to correct a change in electrical resistance due to the temperature of a shunt resistor (2) which detects a current, wherein the temperature sensor (3) is provided with a thermocouple in which a pair of temperature detecting wires (12) comprising dissimilar metals are connected at a distal end measurement point (13), and the measurement point (13) of the thermocouple is electrically connected to the shunt resistor (2).
