Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to maintain the precision of a reference current used in a function circuit. Provided is a current generation circuit 1 comprising: a function circuit 500 wherein a reference current I2 is used; and a diagnostic circuit 600 for diagnosing the reference current I2 on the basis of a comparison result T3 between a period T1 of a period signal generated on the basis of the reference current I2 and a period T2 of a reference clock signal inputted from an external source.
