Abstract:
A current guiding device of charged particle beam comprises of a bendable and elastic soft tube and coil windings arranged at outer wall of the soft tube to generate magnetic field for guiding charged particle beam. Two end of the soft tube is disposed of inlet window and outlet window making the soft tube being sealed. The inlet window of the soft tube is connected to charged particles accelerator, tile outlet window of the soft tube is disposed at objects to be detected. A magnetic yoke is disposed at outer peripheral of the coil windings. A vacuum pump, a coil power and a water cooling system are disposed at beginning end of soft tube. Thereby, It is can be easily arbitrary change a position and direction of the outlet of the charged particle beam without changing a position of charged particles accelerator or a position and its shape of object to be detected.
