Abstract:
This current identification device comprises: a plurality of sensors attached to the outside of a covering of a multi-core wire, each sensor detecting the magnetic field intensity of a magnetic field generated by current flowing through the multi-core wire; and a control unit that uses the magnetic field intensity detected by at least one sensor among the plurality of sensors to identify the current value of the current flowing through the multi-core wire. The control unit may detect a change in the relative relationship of the magnetic field intensities detected by at least two sensors from among the plurality of sensors.
