Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a current limiting circuit, comprising: a first voltage terminal; a second voltage terminal; a first transistor having an input terminal and an output terminal that are connected in series to a line formed by the first voltage terminal and the second voltage terminal; and a current limiting module electrically connected to the input terminal of the first transistor and a control terminal of an isolation transistor, the current limiting module being used for controlling a voltage difference between a control terminal of the first transistor and the input terminal of the first transistor, and controlling the state of the first transistor to enable a current limiting value of the current limiting circuit to be adjustable.
