Abstract:
A current measurement device (20) is provided with a resonator (120), coil (110), oscillator (210), detector (260), and signal processing unit (320). A paramagnetic reference substance (122) is provided inside the resonator (120). The coil (110) generates a static magnetic field as a result of the flow of current from a DC power supply (10) and is configured so as to be capable of applying the static magnetic field to the oscillator (120). The detector (260) detects a resonance signal output from the resonator (120) as a result of the electron spin resonance of the reference substance (122) when the static magnetic field generated by the coil (110) is applied to the resonator (120) and electromagnetic waves from the oscillator (210) are irradiated onto the resonator (120). The signal processing unit (320) uses a map indicating the correspondence relationship between the resonance frequency of the reference substance (122) and the current flowing through the coil (110) to calculate the current flowing through the coil (110) from the resonance frequency of the reference substance (122) calculated on the basis of the resonance signal.
