Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a first tank 11, a second tank 12, a thin film 3 that is disposed between the first tank and second tank and has a nanopore 2 through which the first tank and second tank are in communication with each other, a first electrode 13 that is provided in the first tank, and a second electrode 14 that is provided in the second tank. The wall surface of the nanopore has an ion adsorption prevention structure 8 that prevents the desorption and adsorption of ions included in a solution 1 filling the first tank and/or second tank. The ion current flowing through the nanopore is measured through the application of a voltage between the first electrode and second electrode.
