A current measurement device having: a first wiring member formed of an electrically conductive metal; and a second wiring member formed of an electrically conductive metal, part of the second wiring member comprising a resistive metal. The first wiring member and the second wiring member are provided such that an insulator is interposed therebetween at least in a location comprising the resistive metal.
