Abstract:
The present disclosure is related to a current mirror circuit and an image sensor, with which noise in a high region that could occur in an output of a source follower (SF) driven current mirror circuit can be suppressed. The current mirror circuit of one aspect of the present disclosure has a capacity within a feedback loop in a current mirror circuit with a SF (source follower) drive stage configuration. The present disclosure can be utilized in a CMOS image sensor.
