Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a current sensor, which can perform highly accurate measurement over a wide measurement range, and which can save space. The current sensor is provided with: a magnetic detecting element wherein the characteristics thereof change due to an induction field applied from a current to be measured; a plurality of coils (111a, 111b), which are connected in series in the vicinity of the magnetic detecting element, and which generate a cancel magnetic field that cancels the induction field by having a feedback current flow; and a switch circuit (125), which selects, out of the coils (111a, 111b), a coil to be electrically connected to the input terminal and/or the output terminal of the feedback current, and which controls the coil to which the feedback current is to be flowed.
