Title:
CURRENT SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/088766
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is provided with the following: two cores (11, 12) that are arranged adjacent to each other and that form a closed magnetic circuit that encircles a conductor (100) through which a current to be measured flows; two coils (21, 22) that are wound around the two cores (11, 12) respectively and that are connected in series so as to generate magnetic flux going around the two cores (11, 12) in opposite directions; an excitation power supply (30) that applies to the two coils (21, 22) an alternating current with a direct current superposed; and a detection circuit (40) connected to a connection point (P) of the two coils (21, 22). Obtained in the present invention is a current sensor which is capable of highly accurate measurements up to high frequencies and that is also capable of reducing power consumption.
