Abstract:
A current sensor is provided with a busbar (110) through which current under measurement flows and at least one magnetic sensor (120) for detecting the strength of the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the busbar (110). The busbar (110) includes a first busbar part (111) and a second busbar part (112) that are electrically connected in series. The first busbar part (111) opposes the second busbar part (112) with a space therebetween. The direction in which the current flows through the first busbar part (111) is opposite from the direction in which the current flows through the second busbar part (112). The first busbar part (111), the second busbar part (112), or both are provided with a shunt part comprising a through hole (111h) or through groove. In the first busbar part (111), the second busbar part (112), or both, the flow of the above current is split into a plurality of flow paths by the shunt part. The at least one magnetic sensor (120) is disposed between the first busbar part (111) and second busbar part (112).
