Abstract:
A cursor positioning method for a mobile terminal comprises: determining whether a preset click operation is detected in a text editing region of a mobile terminal; if the preset click operation is detected, acquiring a target row and a target column of a click location in which the preset click operation is performed; determining whether a preset sliding operation is detected on a touch screen of the mobile terminal; and if preset sliding operation is detected, positioning, according to the preset sliding operation, a cursor at the beginning or the end of the target row, or at the beginning or the end of the target column.
